- Design and identify training needs and development tools
- Create competency models.
- To develop succession planning modules.
- Design departmental Hierarchy & JD's.
- To Coordinate with other Head of Departments.
- Create effective strategic planning methods.
Requirements & Skills
- Preference wll be given to Manufacturing / Textile Industries only.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Excellent MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint Skills are must.
- Ability to meet targets.
