- To assist in Developing methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
- Resolve conflict within groups.
- Identify training needs and its development tools.
- Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas
- Design and identify training needs and development tools
- Create competency models.
- To develop succession planning modules.
- Design departmental Hierarchy & JD's.
- To Coordinate with Head of Departments.
- Create effective strategic planning methods.
Requirements & Skills
- Manufacturing / Industries /FMCG background preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Excellent MS Office, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint Skills are must.
- Ability to meet targets.
- Ability to accept challenges and initiate new tasks.
