Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was founded in 1991 for the purpose of promoting and developing the tourism industry of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Tourism Corporation (TCKP) works at grassroots levels to promote tourism in Khyber Pukhtunkhwa through Public and Private partnership. Its is autonomous body of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa having following charter: Promote and develop the tourism industry of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa by involving both the private and public sectors Fully protect and preserve the culture, traditions, history, heritage, environment and wild life of the target areas Develop the socio-economic conditions of the people and areas having tourism potential Gradually and systematically identify and develop all the existing and potential areas for attracting tourists both from within and outside the country Make the TCKP a self-financing organization.
