The textile group comprises of three companies: Bhanero Textile Mills Ltd., Faisal Spinning Mills Ltd, and Blessed Textiles Ltd., all three operating both spinning and weaving facilities.

Umer Group has a total of five spinning mills with an installed capacity of over 160,000 spindles supported by the latest European and Japanese machinery. The group has three weaving mills featuring more than 530 air jet weaving machines. The greige fabric produced is used for sheeting, home textile and apparel. The weaving mills produce over 6 million meters of fabric per month.

Firhaj Footwear (Pvt.) Ltd. was established and incorporated in 1989. Since then it is engaged in designing, manufacturing and marketing of shoes in the local and export market. Firhaj Footwear has the manufacturing capacity of over 2 million pairs per annum. The plant is based on latest footwear technology and is equipped with most modern fully automatic Italian footwear machinery. Since its very inception Firhaj motto has been quality and customer satisfaction. Every care is taken in the selection of raw material, components and finished leather. Finished leather for the manufacturing of shoes is selected under the supervision of highly qualified and experienced leather and tanning technologists. Designing is supervised by highly qualified international designer from Italy.

Firhaj is also one of the major exporters of footwear in the country. We are exporting shoes to all major European brands like El Corte Inglus, Next, Clarks, U.S. Polo, Wrangler and many others. We are a socially compliant company and are abiding to all national and international rules and regulations.

Firhaj is the only approved vendor of Wolverine World Wide in Pakistan and has the manufacturing and marketing license for Hush Puppies and distribution license of CATERPILLAR, MERRELL and GEOX footwear in Pakistan, which it retails through its 60 company operated outlets plus a dealership network of 65 independent retailers and top selling stores in the country. Further Hush Puppies is sold on the designated displays at Bata stores. We have won numerous awards for Growth in Business and Outstanding Performance with regards to Hush Puppies, we were also awarded Best Business Growth in Asia Pacific for Caterpillar.
