It is with immense pleasure and with a great sense of achievement that I am writing these lines for the EGS website. As I draw closer to the end of my career, at the place I loved the most, I want to thank my dear students and staff, for all the respect, love and affection I received in these 26 years! At EGS, our students have always demonstrated high standards of achievements in all fields, Academic Co & extra-curricular. This success, I believe, is the result of a committed staff, who believes in delivering the best and our students who desire to be second to none. We at EGS have always been concerned with the worth of each student, and have designed experiences to reinforce identity and self-image, preparing them to compete successfully with the society and with global challenges. How much academically and creatively advanced our students are ,will be displayed from time to time on the website for you all to enjoy. I shall end with my favorite quote by George Bernard Shaw Life is a brief candle to me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got hold of for a moment, and I want to make it burn brightly as possible before handing in on to future generations I wish my school, whom I brought up as a child, all the best always. The bond will stay forever!
