Rukhsana Foundation

Rukhsana Foundation (Regd) is a NGO registered with Registrar Joint Stock Companies Lahore since 2005. Rukhsana Foundation (Regd) is working in the field of education and health care and has over 11 years of experience in these fields. Rukhsana Foundation (Regd) is running the following permanent projects in Lahore, Pakistan since 2008.

1. Welfare Finishing School

Rukhsana Foundation (Regd) is running a primary school since 2008. Presently the school is from Pre Prep to Grade 12. The school enrolls 280 children whose parents cannot afford to pay for their education. The school is equipped with all the modern facilities including Smart board in every class, fully equipped computer Lab, teaching aids including laptops and tablets. This is an English medium school where advanced Oxford curriculum is taught along with STEM education and stitching for female students. All services including uniform, books, copies, stationary etc are provided totally free of cost.

1. Welfare Clinic

Rukhsana Foundation (Regd) is running a multi-specialty clinic since 2008. The clinic is registered with Punjab Healthcare Commission. Presently the clinic operates 3 days a week. The clinic is manned by five specialist doctors including Medical Specialist, Gynecologist, Pediatrician, General Physician and Dermatologist along trained and experienced para medical staff. 80 to 100 patients are seen every day. The clinic also provides the facility of E.C.G, Gyne Ultrasound and has a medical lab where basic blood tests are performed. The patients are provided with medical advice and medicine for at least 5 days. All the services provided at the clinic are totally free of cost.

Objectives

1. To provide quality education free of cost to children whose parents cannot afford to educate them in order to make them useful citizens of Pakistan and to provide them with a chance of a better life.

1. To provide best possible medical care and medicines, free of cost to the deserving.

Area of Work

Rukhsana Foundation (Regd) intends to provide services only in Lahore Pakistan for the time

being and does not have any office or project in any other part of Pakistan.
