What stands as NKC today was initiated by Mr. Ghulam Nabi Khan (LATE) as GNK in 1943, who worked at a humble canteen at Bungalow 97, Drigh Road, Karachi. His business expanded and by 1979, GNK became the sole contractor for US Mission and USAID for manpower supply and cafeteria management.
The company came under new leadership as Khan & Co in 1979, with Mr. Ghulam Hussain Khan, S/O of Mr. Ghulam Nabi Khan. By this time, Khan & Co was supplying manpower to Exxon Chemicals and other giants in the region.
Today, Khan & Co has evolved to NKC, a Human Resource Contracting Firm with a foothold in multiple industries, led by Mr. Ethasham Hussain khan, S/O Mr. Ghulam Hussain.
