Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.

Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Monitor cash flow, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.

Assist in tax preparation, filing, and compliance with local laws and regulations.

Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping of financial information.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or other relevant tools).

Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
