    Job Description for Sales Executive/Sales Support Executive:

    Sentrax seeks a motivated and detail-oriented sales support executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in generating leads, managing email campaigns, and providing comprehensive support. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our company.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify potential leads through various online sources.
    • Research to gather information on competitors, potential partners, and market trends.
    • Maintain and update the lead database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Develop and execute email outreach campaigns to engage potential clients/partners.
    • Improve or craft compelling email content and manage email lists.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Assist the sales manager with administrative tasks, documentation, and proposal preparation.
    • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
    • Keeping up to date with product knowledge and understanding the features and benefits of the company's products or services.

    Requirements:
    • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or any relevant field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in sales/management role. (Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply). Females are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong English are necessary for this role.
    • Familiarity with CRM and email outreach is a plus.
    • You should be a team player and be able to work in a team and independently.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
    • Punctuality and discipline are the basic requirements.
    • Ability to work in the European time zone.
    • This position offers both on-site and hybrid (W.F.H) options.
