We are looking for a full-time experienced construction site engineer / supervisor for our company in Peshawar. We need someone who has experience in:

a. CivilStructuralWorks

b. CivilFinishingWorks

c. BasicKnowledgeofMechanical, electrical, plumbing(MEP)IDEALCANDIDATE:

1. His expertise must include high detail finishing work, and civil and structural works. He must also have knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), false ceilings, carpentry, paint, glass, steel works, and other related works.

2. He should have knowledge of procedures and SOP for construction of a house and commercial building or plaza.

3. Estimate material requirement for projects.

4. Have eye for detail. Must be able to monitor progress and quality of finish and all jobs.

5. Be able to manage technicians, labour and helpers, and should be able to get the work done on time strictly on schedule.

6. Ensure the material to be used strictly as per design requirement, and no material is wasted.

7. Be able to understand drawings and execute work according to the drawing. Additionally must be able to make daily site reports.

8. HE/SHE SHOULD be able to use estimation softwares, excel, msword, autocad & relevant, and the internet. Should preferably have experience in working on plazas, housing, house construction, and commercial building projects before. His experience should include maintenance and repair as well as renovation of buildings. We will ask to see portfolio and proof of projects done before. Must be hardworking and must be willing to work under pressure. Qualifications: - DAE/ Btech with at least 2 years practical experience will be preferred.
