The roots of the company go back to 1983; formed by US educated engineering entrepreneurs with an endeavor to bridge the technology gap between the East and West. The current US educated next generation leadership capitalizes on 38 years history that embodies diverse experience and exposure in a wide area of electronic technologies in industrial & commercial applications, drawing on the vertical and horizontal synergies of various sectors.

Design & development division focuses on middle-ware products, end products and system integration in the eventual applications.
