Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Representative candidate who can accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 (will be decided after the interview)

Campaign: Auto Insurance Campaign.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives
  • Requirements and skills
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Must have good learning skills.
