Telesales And Support Executive (Night Shift)

We're looking for passionate candidates to help us with our customer support and sales needs in Day / Night Shift. - Do you have experience working as telesales or telemarketing executive? - Are you comfortable talking with US based clients? - Do you have American English accent? - Are you comfortable working according to US hours? Your responsibilities: - Manage outflow and inflow of calls to/from current or prospective clients/customers - Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service - Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals - Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services - Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers - Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted - Telephone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts - Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers - Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and telephone in an efficient and effective manner - Evaluate, trouble-shoot and follow-up on customer issues - Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Your qualifications: - Basic telephone etiquette - Strong English verbal communication skills - Customer service experience a plus - Sales experience a plus - Accounting knowledge a big plus - American accent a must
