- Knowledge of launching a Television Channel
- Developing and designing broadcast schedules for play-out
- Oversee the production operations of a TV channel
- Supervision, assigning duties of production staff
- Ensure smooth transmission of Television channel
- Specialized in promotions
- Initiating transmission recovery plan
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organzational skills
- Knowledge of NDI technology
