• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors.
• Create sales strategies for his/her area and get approval from regional manager.
• Area visit with your concern TSO/ TSM.
• Ensure to fulfill monthly targets.
• Prepare and share all the reports to concern manager and head office on regular basis on time.
• Ensure to settle down all the matters with distributors if needed on time.
• Arrange complete team of order bookers in every town of area.
• Conduct periodic meetings with TSO/SR.
• Any other tasks assigned by line manager.
