Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Manager responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of administrative procedures and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate with the administrative team to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization, including administrative support, facilities management, and procurement.

Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Manage and coordinate the administrative team to ensure the smooth running of operations and provide leadership and direction as needed.

Oversee the maintenance and security of all office facilities, equipment, and supplies.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.

Develop and maintain budgets for administrative functions, and monitor and report on expenses.

Implement and maintain systems for tracking and managing administrative activities, such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and document management.

Provide support to senior management and staff as needed, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing reports and presentations.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

3+ years of experience in administrative management or related field.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs 160k – Rs250k per month
