Job Description
Selected candidate will be responsible for handling following tasks:

- Answering/forwarding incoming telephone calls
- Taking and delivering messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable
- Attending visitors in very cordial and professional manner
- Handling official correspondence
- Record keeping and handling general administrative tasks

Requirements & Skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel with typing speed of minimum 30WPM
- Must be energetic, presentable having strong follow-up skills.
- Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort.
- Maintain conference room reservation schedule.
- Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
