Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Knowledge about AMADEUS is preferred
Job Description:
Responding to customers requests and queries
Maintaining records of customer interactions, transaction and complaints
Flight bookings/cancellations
Handling softwares like GDS systems for maintaining flight reservations, cancellations
Provide customers with a market competitive flight experience (from registrations to bookings to issuing tickets)
