Verification & Distribution Officer 2

1. Coordinate with new clients or existing clients
2. Provide leads to subscribed professionals after verification
3. Update leads status in the file a on Daily or Weekly basis.
4. Take follow-up on the forwarded leads from professionals after 2-3 days intervals and update the status in the file.
5. Align every verified lead with one of the 3 professionals at least 70% of the verified leads must be aligned with the professionals.
6. Keep track of the aligned projects till they get awarded to professionals.
7. Send a welcome email/message to the subscribed professional.
8. Send message or contact professionals once their package completes.
9. Share leads with the verification officer if the end-user is non-serious or on “not responding” status continuously.
10. Ask professional about their selected areas according to package and update it in the file
11. Send lead report to professionals after getting it verified by the verification officer.
12. Share a list of completed subscriptions monthly.
13. It is your responsibility to keep All subscribers satisfied with the company with constant follow-up and contact

1. Graduation or Masters

2. Must have good communication skills (English, Urdu)

3. Problem-solving and good communication skills

5. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

6. Experience from the service industry, national and/or international NGOs

7. Committed and punctual
