Junior Merchandiser

We are seeking an experienced Jr. Merchandiser with Textile Woven Print Fabric Merchandising Expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality textile woven fabric products that meet customer requirements and expectations.

Location: Faisalabad

Responsibilities:

• Manage Grey requirement for custom order, follow up, coordination with team, design approval, order dispatch
• Develop and manage product lines from concept to production, ensuring that all products meet customer requirements and specifications
• Research and analyze market trends to identify potential product opportunities
• Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to develop new products and improve existing ones
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products
• Manage product development timelines and ensure that all products are delivered on time
• Communicate with customers and sales teams to gather feedback on product performance and make necessary improvements

• Age: 24 -28
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Design, BBA, MBA or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in product development with a focus on textile woven fabrics
• Strong knowledge of textile woven fabric construction, production techniques, and quality standards
• Experience in merchandising and product management
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
