Full Job Description

Medcure RS is looking for a spiffing and straight-up element for the "Medical Billing A/R Specialist" position to help us develop and implement our Revenue Cycle and Practice Management systems. We are a US-based Healthcare IT Company in Rawalpindi.

Shift availability:

Night Shift (8 pm to 5 am)

Location:

Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required), Commercial Market, Rawalpindi

Responsibilities:

Should be able to understand the basic US healthcare medical terms.

Possess good Interpersonal Skills to work as a team member and independently.

Play a Key Role as a Team Member and pitch in when Analytical Skills are required.

Meet timely deliverables as per Industry Standards.

Must be able to perform multiple tasks at the same time.

Required Skill Set:

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Advanced Proficiency in the English Language

Strong skills in statistics and reporting

Utilize excellent analytical skills in analyzing business needs.

Problem-solving skills to resolve the issues that appear during day-to-day operations.

Excellent team-building skills

Good knowledge of handling Microsoft Office Suits, Adobe Suits, and other office management tools

Familiarity with handling virtual calling systems

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, IPAs, Medicare Advantage plans, Medical Billing/AR, Claim follow-up, Denials Management, Insurance calls, and Payer Portals queries would be a Plus.

Experience working with international call centres and agile working environments would be a plus.
