Job Title: Truck Dispatcher

Location: Multan

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and routing of trucks, coordinating deliveries, and communicating with drivers and Brokers to ensure on-time delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:

• Hunting loads for owner’s operators from load board
• Manage driver routes and coordinate delivery times
• Communicate with Brokers regarding delivery schedules and rates.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, deliveries, and pickups
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Candidate having experience in calls centers will be preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 years of experience as a truck dispatcher or in a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations in USA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
