- B2B calling
- Negotiate medical bills on behalf of our clients in USA.

Key Competencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Graduation/ A levels with proficiency in English
- American/ British accent preferred
- 1 plus year Customer services / Outbound call center campaign experience is preferred.
- Must have at least one year international dialing experience.
- Must be willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT.
