Customer Service Representative 10

We are a leading fruit and vegetable, European based business seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representatives to join our call centre team. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and developing marketing strategies to promote our products to customers. You will work closely with the sales team and marketing department to create and implement sales and marketing plans that are tailored to our target market. Your main goal will be to increase sales revenue, improve customer engagement, and promote customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

- Generate sales through outbound calls to customers, educating them about our products, and offering promotions.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to customers, including email marketing, social media marketing, and advertising campaigns.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

Work with the sales team to develop proposals, negotiate and close deals.

It is a on-site job, not at home!!!

Qualifications:

- Graduation or Masters.

Experience:

- 1 to 2 years relevant experience (freshers can also apply)

Requirements:

- Fluent inEnglish language
