About the Role
The BaseOps Area Associate will be looking after the operations of our BridgeLinx bases, ensuring our carriers are provided with the necessary support to help them fulfill their shipments with ease.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will be:
As a Base-Ops Area Associate, you will be working in a high-speed environment with
- Smooth execution of Day to Day operations.
- Liasining communication between business and external teams.
- Oversee cargo delivery management as per the pre-set KPIs.
- Propose workflow improvement to build efficiency in the business.
- Allocate and manage resources to ensure loading and unloading.
- Manage and excel with Carrier and Shipper Experience for the overall market place.
- Asset management and daily reconciliation.

- BBA/MBA/BSc./BA in Humanities/Communication/Media
- 0 - 2 years of work experience in an operations or support role
- Ability to work through problems with high ownership

- Loves taking initiative and executing ideas that have high impact
- Proficient in email and MS Office
