Operations manager

Responsible for supervising multiple projects by managing numerous Product managers

Responsible for acting as an intermediary between the field operations and management

Ensure that the company mission statement is accomplished

Provide current monthly revenue projections

Ensure that Product Managers are making schedules on daily and weekly basis

Review sales backlog monthly and help determine the proper time frame that the work will be constructed in the backlog

Give prompt and proper direction to Business development Executives as needed
Attend conferences to ensure full understanding of the project scope

Regularly visit sites to ensure that the supervisors understand the job and track it properly

Assume responsibility for job profitability

Create relationships with clients to accomplish the company mission

Adhere and enforce all company safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
