Job Description
We are offering internships leading to job for our HR department. You will be involved in all matters of day to day HR administration as well as projects and day to day involvement in 4 main areas of HR- Recruitment, Transactional,
- Learning & Development and Employee Relations work on various projects.
- Support resourcing for various departments of the business and help with sifting
- Maintaining resume database, short listing, evaluation and conducting interviews
- Support induction process for new hires.
- Work to and communicate and raise awareness on new/current SCT policies across regions.
- TNA (Training need analysis)
Requirements & Skills
- Studying a graduate degree preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Management
- Ability to work effectively with regional teams and to demonstrate leadership skills.
- Passion for a long term career within Human Resources
- Ability to understand business strategy and organizations
- Display a high level of self-confidence, flexibility and decision making skills
- Willing to take initiative and be a change agent Possess strong analytical skills
- Business and Commercial awareness Strong ability to establish trust with clients, peers and managers Ability to use sound judgment in making decisions React positively to challenging situations.
- All the fresh or the candidates their MBA's and BBA's in HR or Business Management are in process from well known institutes are encourage to apply.
