Assistant Accountant

We are looking for dynamic and talented professionals on full-time and part-time basis who have in-depth knowledge and experience in accounting and financial management. • Monthly bank reconciliations of multiple entities
• Carrying out reconciliation of account (s)
• Reconciliation of sales across entities
• Inputting sales and purchase orders across multiple entities and softwares
• Maintaining inventory across multiple entities
• Variance analysis and budget utilization
• Preparing periodic and adhoc reports
• Assist in preparing draft financial statements
• Assist in implementing accounting/ financial management controls and system testing
• Any other assignments on instructions of senior management

You must possess following qualifications & skills:

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, ICMA
• Candidates with B.Com/ M.Com may also be considered
• Experience in performing above responsibilities is highly desirable
• Technology savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in using accounting softwares. Quickbooks experience is highly valued for this position
