Job Description
- Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employees, advertisement of jobs and interview schedules
- Conducts interviews up to Senior Executive levels.
- Arranges interviews for management levels and technology division.
- Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates
- Conducts exit interview
Requirements & Skills
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficient in HR matter
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people
- Good writing skills
