• Performing call quality monitoring and follow all standards.
• Able to work or assign task/target assign by the management.
• Prepare analysis reports for internal and external deperatment.
• Excellent verbal and systematic skills (Ms Office ,monitoring software)
• Ability to multitask

Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role

Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance

Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent data collection and analysis skills

Strong attention to detail
