We are looking for a responsible HR Internee to help organize and run our organization. A skilled and reliable assistant team leader will work behind the scenes to ensure that the team leader has what he needs to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
