Oversee daily operations

Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage

Enforce all workplace policies and procedures

Collaborate with patient care team to yield positive patient outcomes

Advocate for optimal patient experience and outcomes

Ensure compliance with prescribed standards of practice

Maintain general awareness of patient health statuses

Direct patient and staff inquiries appropriately

Assess and plan courses for patient care

Attend calls of attendants and prompt reply of their queries.

Current nursing licensure required

3 Years Diploma in General Nursing.

Good Communication skills in English and Urdu.
