Copier/Printer Technician 2

This position is designed as an Experience level technician position to service and repair a variety of company products. Sets up tagging, installation, preventative maintenance and routine service on every kind of printers HP, Epson and Other Printers and Copier and Fax Machines at customer locations usually within a specific geographic area.

•  Perform preventative maintenance on HP Laser, Desk Jet printers and other printers
•  Install new printers; configure to network
•  Troubleshoot,diagnose printer problems in a connected environment
•  Interact with external customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall customer satisfaction with the service performed
•  Install all manufacturer-mandated equipment modifications and updates on assigned equipment
•  Process required paperwork associated with service call
•  Maintain and manage own parts inventory
