Senior Quantity Surveyor Required for a high rise project in Islamabad

Tasks:

- Estimate the quantity and costs of materials as per the actual requirements at Site.
- Liaising with the supervisors for preparing actual quantity requirements as per the site condition.
- Liaising with project managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors for the Subcontractor activities.
- Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and other documents.
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies to implement a most cost effective solutions.
- Keeping track of materials requirement as per the budget set and ordering accordingly when required.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in same position.
- Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must appear for physical interview at islamabad.
