Chat Support Officer 3

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Qualifications

At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Language skills

Candidate must have proficiency in the English Language

Location: Burhani Circle, Block E, Hyderi, North Nazimabad, Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs22,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
