Looking for a Female Receptionist at Inspirations (Pvt) Ltd in Bahria Town Karachi Office.

Job Description:

1. Candidates should have 1-4 yrs experience as a receptionist in the marketing field.

2. Must be efficient in Computers, also good knowledge of MS/Office.

3. Handling Reception/Front desk of the Showroom.

4. Attending telephone calls and scheduling meetings for sales operations.

5. Should have the presence of mind and pleasing personality with great verbal and written skills.

6. Maintain walk-in customers record and follow them back when appropriate.

6. Candidates staying near Bahria Town Karachi would be preferred.

7. Relevant field experience would be preferred.

Experience:

1 - 2 Years Specialization: Personal / Secretarial , Receptionists , Front Office
