Awanwebs is a UK based company for website development and digital marketing.We are hiring for UK outbound and inbound calling campaign.

We are looking for experienced candidates who can speak and understand English.

Timings:

1:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Mon-Fri)

(Sat-sun) weekend

Handsome salary package with good environment will be provided.

• Both male and female can apply.
• Salary and incentives would be decided after interview
  • Agents should handle large amount of outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling calls.
  • Identify customer needs,clarify information, research every issue and provide solution or alternatives.
  • You should be proficient in English language and have impeccable listening skills.
  • Excellent selling,communication and negotiation skills.
  • Should be taget oriented,hardworking and punctual.
  • Telesales experience in a UK calling campaign would be preferred.
