Product Specialist 25

Product Specialist is responsible for providing detail product knowledge to customers. This position coordinates, executes, and manages programs built to effectively retain customers through positive relationship-building, listening to concerns/addressing issues and educating customers on the value of our products throughout the call. A customer-oriented focus is necessary in order to persuade customer to buy plan.

• Candidates with good communication skills are highly preferred.
• Not only good listening but spoken skills.
• Capability of working in Night-Shift.
• Minimum 01 year Experience.
• Minimum education should be Intermediate or advance.
• Should be punctual, reliable and workaholic.
