Job Description

We are seeking a candidate who has prior work experience in recruitment.

  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
  • Collaborating with function leaders to compile requirements
  • Staying on top of job market trends and competitive analysis for our candidate pool
  • Headhunting / attracting suitable candidates through LinkedIn, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting initial interviews.
  • Managing the overall hiring process including coordinating interviews with other stakeholders.
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Reporting on recruiting needs and project status to management.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top institution
  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter
  • Prior Call center experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Expert at recruiting on LinkedIn, Indeed and other job posting platforms.
  • Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Judgment and the ability to appropriately represent the firm.
  • Ability to work under pressure and get things done quickly.
  • Excited about working with an international organization.
