Job Description
We are seeking a candidate who has prior work experience in recruitment.
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
- Collaborating with function leaders to compile requirements
- Staying on top of job market trends and competitive analysis for our candidate pool
- Headhunting / attracting suitable candidates through LinkedIn, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting initial interviews.
- Managing the overall hiring process including coordinating interviews with other stakeholders.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Reporting on recruiting needs and project status to management.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a top institution
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter
- Prior Call center experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Expert at recruiting on LinkedIn, Indeed and other job posting platforms.
- Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Judgment and the ability to appropriately represent the firm.
- Ability to work under pressure and get things done quickly.
- Excited about working with an international organization.
