1. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
2. Determine client’s needs and offer the best project that suits them. Negotiable personality.Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
3. Display and market real property to possible buyers
4. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, deeds, closing statements, etc)
5. Manage property auctions or exchanges
6. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services

Proven working experience as a salesperson. Proven track of successful sales record.

Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pleasant and trustworthy.

MS Office familiarity.
