We're looking for someone who is full of energy, target driven, focused, wants to earn bonus and grow in their career.

Responsibilities:
• Dealing with customers on an automatic dialing system, the customers you will speak to are looking for a loan.
• Follow script and complete loan process and then identify clients for financial planning.
• Organizing leads and keeping data clean and up to date in our CRM system.
• Strong command of the English language/Grammar, written, spoken & listening.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, Good analytical skills with an appetite for learning.
• Ability to perform under pressure, quality conscious with attention to detail.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to think outside the box and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to self-motivate to meet targets and deadlines.
• Should be proactive and aim to earn high bonuses.

Experience:
• 3-4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience using CRM is a plus.

Shift timings:
This job is for full-time employment during Pakistan Standard Time from
• Monday to Thursday 3:00PM - 12.30PM.
• Friday 4:00PM - 10:00PM.
• Saturday 3:00PM - 9:00PM.

Salary: PKR. 45,000 - 80,000/Month (+ bonus).
