NFV PS Core Service Engineer 5

Hillcrest Solutions Pvt. Ltd is hiring for an International Chinese Telecom Company for their upcoming GSC project in Pakistan.

Responsible for PS core project delivery and technical support for PS core network products, including equipment commissioning and debugging, upgrade and cutover, troubleshooting, and HLD/LLD Design.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Planning and Designing of HLD/LLD Documents.
• Deployment of cloud core network elements.
• Software Installation and commissioning
• Integration of Network Elements
• Migration of Subscribers/traffic
• Patch Upgrade and Expansion of Existing Network elements
• Network KPI understanding
• Troubleshooting of Network issues.
• Provide technical training, technical guidance, and technical communication for on-site maintenance engineers and customer engineers.

Routine Actions:

• Project deployment, commissioning and integration of EPC network (EPC, MME, PGW, SGW, SGSN GGSN, PCRF, USN, UGW, Switches, Routers),5GC(AMF,UDM)
• Responsible for technical communication & clarify with the operator, provide relevant solution with support team towards customer requirement.
• Ensuring smooth operations and effective customer management
• Knowledge of Internet security framework like ISO 2000, Security Framework Compliance
• Support according to project requirements based on different Time zone.
• Ready to travel anywhere as per business needs

Preferred Experiences:

• Bachelor Degree in ECE/Computer Science (IT) / Computer Science/ or related fields.
• Mobile core technologies, including 3gpp, EPC Virtualization, M2M and LTE is helpful
• Experience in Evolve Packet Cor(EPC) and Cloud Packet Core(CPC).
• Call Flows and in-depth NE understanding.
• Interfaces and Protocols like Diameter, GTP, SS7 etc Knowledge is plus
• Knowledge of End to End product commissioning and Integration will be preferred.
• Nodes understanding (EPC, MME, PGW, SGW, SGSN GGSN, PCRF, USN, UGW, Switches, Routers),5GC(AMF,UDM)
• Cloud NFV & Cloud SAAS, IAAS and PAAS basic knowledge is plus
• CUPS knowledge is Plus
• Knowledge of VoWifi with ePDG is plus.

The candidate must have Good communication skills, written and verbal both.
