NFV Core Network IMS Service Engineer 5

Hillcrest Solutions Pvt. Ltd is hiring for an International Chinese Telecom Company for their upcoming GSC project in Pakistan.

Responsible for IMS core project delivery and technical support for IMS core network products, including equipment commissioning and debugging, upgrade and cutover, troubleshooting, and HLD/LLD Design.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Planning and Designing of HLD/LLD Documents.

Deployment of cloud core network elements.

Software Installation and commissioning

Integration of Network Elements

Migration of Subscribers/traffic

Patch Upgrade and Expansion of Existing Network elements

Network KPI understanding

Troubleshooting of Network issues.

Provide technical training, technical guidance, and technical communication for on-site maintenance engineers and customer engineers.

Routine Actions:

Supporting projects of vIMS Core entities (Knowledge of P/I/S-CSCF, HSS, SLF, TAS (ATS) BGCF, MGCF, MRFC, MRFP, AGW, IBCF) and VoLTE.

Responsible for technical communication & clarify with the operator, provide relevant solution with support team towards customer requirement.

Ensuring smooth delivery of IMS Core related Projects.

Knowledge of Internet security framework like ISO 2000, Security Framework Compliance

Support according to project requirements based on different Time zone.

Ready to travel anywhere as per business needs

Preferred Experiences:

Bachelor Degree in ECE/Computer Science (IT) / Computer Science/ or related fields.

Extensive experience with SIP Call processing and SIP Supplementary Services

In-depth understanding of Telecom Protocols and technologies like SIP, SDP, H.248,MGCP,DIAMETER etc

Experience in TCP, IPSEC, IP protocols

Great Conceptual understanding of IMS evolution and trends - IMS Subsystems, functionalities and IMS SIP Services call flows.

Working experience on IMS interworking entities (P/I/S-CSCF, HSS, SLF, TAS(ATS) BGCF, MGCF, MRFC, MRFP, AGW, IBCF) and interfaces.

Knowledge on Session Border Controller, NAT, Firewall, Authentication Encryption, L2 Layer switches (Routers/Switches).

Installation and commissioning experience.

HLD and LLD Designing experience is plus.

Cloud SAAS, IAAS and PAAS basic knowledge.

Strong proficiency with LTE or 5G NR theoretical knowledge,
Good communication at network strategy with customer or daily work
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal both.
