Job Description
Handling of day-to-day account related activities and demands.
Knowledge of payroll and time sheets related matters.
Knowledge of compensation & benefits and reimbursement process and adjustments.
Ability to use customized accounting software and keeping all accounting file records updated.
Knowledge of tax payments and preparation tax returns.
Managing accounting transactions for departmental financial requirements and budget approval process.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual closing and final settlements and close out.
Reconciliations of receivables, payable accounts and bank statements.
Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, account payable and receivable.
Knowledge and experience of tax related matters.
Making solutions timely and reporting any discrepancies and irregularities to the management.
