As a part of our expansion plan at Visa Vertex, Lahore DHA Office, we have an opening for a “Customers Care Executive”

• Build & maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keep customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
• Understand key customer individual needs and address these.
• Conduct business reviews using CRM programs.
• Compliance with documents and addressing matters of clients.
• Updating clients regularly about their application or work status with the company
• Leading clients and addressing inquiries from them through emails
• Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, service descriptions, videos, blogs, social media, etc.
• Utilize immigration industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
• Communicate and cooperate with a writing team, including a content manager, editors, and web publishers
• Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within the deadlines
• Have excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with an ability to write in a wide variety of formats, tones, and styles
• Communicate with all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
• able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Transaction Record Management

• Fluent in English
