Customer Relationship Officer

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure
• Previous experience of working in a call center environment is preferred
• To provide the customer complete and accurate information.
• To engage in the relationship building activities with the customer; in any possible decent manner
• To answer customer’s queries
• CRO is mainly responsible to entertain the customers whether on phones or on visits
• CRO has to be available to attend the calls of customers and to provide.

Job Types:

Full-time, Contract

Salary:

Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
