* Has discernable, indepth knowledge of insurance procedures and guidelines.

* Can ensure quality and accuracy in the billing process.

* Can meet competitive deadlines.

* Can review claim accuracy before hand.

* Can generate timely and regular reports with detailed analysis of Payment Postings, Reimbursement and Collection analysis.

* Can spot out billing issues and resolve them.

* Can follow up with insurance regarding claims and denial management.

* Can develop KPIs to continously maintain a smooth workflow and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
