Job Description

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements. The candidate must have knowledge of tax and import. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.


Responsibilities

  1. Handling import-export documents and procedures (shipping documents, Customs clearance.
  2. Contact with Import Agencies and deal with Import Certifications
  3. Following the daily and monthly book-keeping (collecting invoices, preparing payments, verifying documentation
  4. Prepare annual tax documents
  5. Filing Quarterly ITWH
  6. Compile and analyze financial statements
  7. Prepare of expenses and payroll records etc. as assigned
  8. Manage all accounting transactions.
  9. Ensure timely bank payments
  10. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

Requirements & Skills

Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals


Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word,etc.)
