Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to wear washed and pressed proper uniform in duty hour.
• Responsible to resolve all the queries of customers related to Plumbing Work by using proper PPEs.
• Responsible for initial inspection of premises for identification of customer required Plumbing work and inform to operational supervisor before starting the work.
• Responsible for Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures i.e., pipes fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, commodes, water heaters, water softeners, etc.
• Responsible for inspecting and testing plumbing systems safety and functionality.
• Responsible to troubleshoot and resolve problems of plumbing systems, Geysers, Kitchen Accessories and Washroom Accessories.
• Responsible for installing and maintaining water supply systems.
• Responsible to locate and repair issues with water supply.
• Responsible to repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
• Responsible to purchase spare parts as per instructions of Operational Supervisor.
• Responsible to operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
• Responsible to ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition.
• Responsible for the safety of mobile phone and also must be ensured the use of mobile application appropriately.
• Responsible to cooperate with customers in a professional/polite manner.
• Responsible to mark attendance in and out as per job timing.
• Responsible for the safety of Motor Bikes i.e., cleaning and repair & maintenance etc.
• Responsible to follow the Traffic Rules.

Minimum Education DAE / Mechanical Diploma
