Job Title: Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary: Link-INN Communication is a Telemarketing company who has become the voice of many big brands. We are continuously supporting telemarketing marketing strategies from startups to big business. We are looking for a suitable candidate who can fit in according to the requirements of the company.

Responsibilities and duties:

• CSRs are responsible to be punctual with the time. They are ought to work for 8 hours a day and 5 days a week
• CSRs should talk to the customer according to the instructions given to them in their training period
• CSRs should behave well with the customer
• CSRs should act professional while speaking to the customers
• CSRs should speak with the utter clarity while engaging with the customers

Salary:

• Basic: 40,000 RS for 55 sales a month
• Bonus: CSRs would be given 5$ for each extra sales above the target

Skills and Qualifications:

• 12 years of basic education
• Fluent in english and can communicate with a english speaking person
